ALSTAR Motorcycle
Charity Ride
Keith is Brent's brother. Keith & another brother Vern are both ALSTAR Officials, and
travel with the Series. The War Amps, (
<http://www.waramps.ca/index.html>), have done and still do a
tremendous amount of goodness for people of all ages who are amputees like Brent and Mitzi. These
three brothers have been involved in all phases of stock car racing for years and this is their reasoning,
with the support of ALSTAR Racing, for starting this worthwhile endeavour……….
The idea of this charity
ride began after a near fatal
motorcycle versus car collision
in July of 2003. Keith & Brent,
both firefighters, & Brent's
daughter Mitzi, 19 years old at the
time of this accident and riding
with Brent, were returning home
from a motorcycle ride with a few
other firefighters, all who ride with
the Red Knight's Motorcycle Club.
This is a club dedicated to raising
money for burned children.

Brent & Mitzi both lost part of
their legs, among other life
altering injuries, suffered when
the driver of the other vehicle let
his car cross over the centre line
striking Brent & Mitzi on their
motorcycle.
$10.00 Registration Fee.
All Registration fees from the ALSTAR Charity Ride will be donated to the: "The War Amps"
